Santa Barbara Honors Kate Winslet

Event is the second time Winslet has been honored by the feast of Santa Barbara; Thespa was awarded the execution of years nod in 2005. Kate Winslet Montecito will be feted with the award at Santa Barbara Film Festival on January 23 at the Arlington Theater. The feast is never the first feted the same person twice.
